Meet Jason Midkiff

I have the pleasure of introducing to Jason.

Jason is our Field Coordinator in the Seattle area.  Not only does he manage our technicians in the Seattle area, but he also straps on his tool belt when needed and is not opposed to getting his hands dirty.

One of the hardest things for us as a company is finding employees that share the same ideals and standards in which Lee-Built believes.  Jason was referred to us by someone that Troy and I genuinely respect - that understands the values Lee-Built is built upon.  It was obvious from the first meeting that Jason was “Lee Built Material.”  We were lucky enough to have him start working with us in October of 2010.  He was thrown into the deep end with 11 re-branding projects the day he was hired.  He has utilized his ability to communicate and work well with clients, subcontractors, and building officials to complete jobs on time and without unnecessary disruption to the working environment.

Jason began his construction career over 12 years ago with a company that built and maintained large Home Improvement Centers (Lowe’s and Home Depot.)  From there Jason went to work for another General Contractor and worked with several Financial Institutions. He was a Field Superintendent and Supervisor overseeing new construction and tenant improvement projects.

Working at Lee-Built has afforded Jason the ability to travel less and, thus, spend more time at home with his wife, Kendell, and their son Skyler.  In Jason’s free time, he enjoys the many outdoor activities that living in the Northwest offers.

Troy and I have enjoyed getting to know Jason and his family.  Not only is he a great employee, he is a great person and we’re excited to have him as part of the Lee-Built team!
