Bob and Troy are the owners of Lee Built Construction. They bought the company from the previous owners, Pete and Dixie Lillie, in 2002. Bob has been in construction for 13 years and lives in Eugene with his wife, Michelle and their four children. Troy has been in construction for 15 years and lives in Bend with his wife Katy and their three children.
Amy Drugg
Amy is our office manager. She handles and oversees the mounds of paperwork that comes through the office. Amy has worked for Lee Built for 4 years. She and her daughter moved to Eugene from Alaska in 2004.
Ann Brown
Ann is our Job Coordinator. She has worked for Lee Built for 2 years and keeps our field managers busy. She and her son live in Veneta, Oregon. She also has two older sons that have 'left the nest.' Ann is originally from North Carolina - she brought her accent with her.
Jerry Tinkham
Jerry is the Field Manager for the Eugene area. He has worked for Lee Built for 23 years, and is usually greeted with open arms by our customers.
Donald Nissen
Don is our Field Manager in the Portland area. Don has been in construction for 42 years. He has worked for Lee Built for 1-1/2 years, and opened the Portland office. He lives in Gresham, Oregon with his wife Mary Lee.
Brett Bass
Brett is the Field Manager for the Bend area. Brett moved to LaPine, Oregon from Texas and started working for Lee Built in 2006. He and his wife Kena have two boys.
Donovan McDonald
Donovan is a technician in the Portland area. He has worked for Lee Built for 1-1/2 years. He and his wife Jackie live in Milwaukie, Oregon.
Kyle Hart
Kyle is the newest Lee Built member. He is a technician in the Eugene area. He moved to Eugene from Woodburn.
